A few months ago we would have shipped this  repair job down the road unless the customer   was willing to install a new roof. Filling it with fibreglass or other like material would have only meant a temporary repair. It would have failed in a month. Best part of this job was we didn't have to remove the headliner! We simply removed the the roof belt molding. Lifted the fibreglass Landau Shell and propped it up. We  sandblasted the holes and areas as needed. We protected the area as seen and began our  spray welding process. Within and hour the holes were ready for filing and a light coat of  filler applied just to level and featheredge them. We then apply self- etching primer, highbuild  primer then guide coat  block and  feather until level  and this project is ready for paint and clear  coat application.
